Junovan – mifamurtide – Liposomal Muramyl Tripeptide Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine MTP-PE, is selectively delivered to macrophages through the forager lipoprotein receptor pathway, activating the turmoricidal activity through cytoplasm Nod2 receptors.

When given in combination with chemotherapy and post tumor resection to an Osteosarcoma patient during the phase 3 trials, Junovan has exhibited the significant progress in the Disease Free Survival – DFS and Overall Survival – OS.
