RSR 13 Plus Cranial Radiation Therapy is specifically designed to improve survival in the patients having brain metastases compared to RTOG recursive partitioning analysis brain metastases database.

RSR 13 is the first ever synthetic smaller molecule developed for sensitizing hypoxic oxygen deprived portions of the tumors before heading for the radiation therapies by assisting the discharge of oxygen from the hemoglobin, oxygen carrying protein contained within the red blood cells(RBC) as well as improving the levels of oxygen in the tumors. During the treatment of the cancer related radiation therapy, the presence of oxygen in the tumors is the most significant feature for the efficacy of the therapy. RSR 13 has the potential of improving the efficiency of general radiation therapy by enhancing the tumor oxygenation at the time of the treatment.
